I have a sheep farm in Eastern Ontario. We raise Katahdin sheep which are a hair type and do not need shearing. They are for meat- not fibre. We also have a herd of about 14 llamas. All our animals are raised in as natural a way as possible. We do not use pesticides or artificial fertilizers and feed our own hay. We cannot use the term "organic: as there is no "organically" approved lamb slaughter facility in Eastern Ontario.

Top price at Hoards
We got top price for our heavy ram lambs at Hoard's on March 29th. Live weight price was $1.85 a lb and they averaged 98 lbs.
Hi Jim We are looking to buy a couple of katahdin lambs, do you still have any available? How much would they be? We live on a small farm near Sudbury. If you could give us a call at 705 690-4213 thanks. Honas and Maer
hi Jim. my wife and I are looking for a few lambs to sustain our needs for food. the store costs to much for food where we live and have been staring a farm on our land. currently we have chickens and turkeys but this spring we are looking to get sheep and pigs. we have 48 acers of land that is being partitioned for all the animals. please email me back with prices of live lambs.
